If you are not journaling, then I encourage you to start it today. I don’t believe it matters whether you write them down on paper, type on your computer or tablet or do voice memo that types it for you. What matters is that you spend time with the Lord and have record of what God spoke to you. It will be a great investment in your life and others. Just think about passing down your journal entries to your grandchildren and they see how you spent time with the Lord and poured out your heart to the Lord.
I don’t go into length but you can also write out your prayers to the Lord. I write out small prayers in response to my Bible reading but some people love writing out their whole prayers to the Lord. No matter what I promise you will be blessed if you will journal in your quiet time.
